Product condition- The product must be in new condition for a return. In the event it was damaged in shipping please reject the shipment and we will refund or reship. If you do not have the opportunity to reject the shipment, please reach out to us right away.
If there is a quality issue after you have used the product either reach out to the manufacturer or call us at GSM Outfitters. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to GSM Outfitters. We will refund or reship once we receive the shipment. In the event of a discrepancy GSM Outfitters reserves the right to deny or offer store credit.
